Next-day and Same-day dispatch guarantee

You need to select the Next Day or Same Day delivery option at the time of ordering.

NEXT DAY DISPATCH (NDD)
Select a Next Day Dispatch product. Place your order by 2pm with print ready artwork on any business day. LEP will then GUARANTEE to dispatch your order the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day.

SAME DAY DISPATCH (SDD)
Select a Same Day Dispatch product. Place your order by 9am with print ready artwork on any business day. LEP will then GUARANTEE to dispatch your order the SAME BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be dispatched the next business day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. LEP’s SAME / NEXT BUSINESS DAY DISPATCH guarantee applies to products and quantity breaks as listed in the SAME/NEXT Day Dispatch product tables.
2. All orders must be submitted with press ready artwork by:
i. 2pm AEST for NDD products.
ii. 9am AEST for SDD products.
3. To order these products and to qualify for our dispatch guarantee, you must select the Next Day or Same Day dispatch option at the time of ordering.

THE GUARANTEE
• If we fail to reasonably dispatch1 your product by the next or same business day, we will refund the total order value (excluding freight & GST) in LEP Dollars2 to a maximum refund value of LEP $100.
• For multiple same/next day dispatch jobs on one order, the refund is calculated on the value of the jobs not dispatched on time to a maximum refund value of LEP $100.
• To claim a refund, please complete and return a ”Same/Next day Dispatch Claim Form” within two business days of the expected delivery date. These forms are available on request from Customer Service by phoning 1800 537 774. No claims will be processed without a completed claim form.
• You will void the dispatch guarantee if products with different dispatch specifications (i.e. standard, same day and next day) are placed on the same order. To avoid this, use separate orders for each dispatch specification.
• Offer excludes products with optional finishing extras such as round corners, custom trimming, scoring and hole drilling.

1 Reasonably dispatch – excludes the impact on dispatch times due to circumstances beyond our control (such as floods, power failures or
machine breakdowns). “Dispatch” refers to the time when the production of a job is completed, that is when the product is packed ready for
dispatch but before collection by the courier or pick-up by the customer/customer representative.
2 LEP Dollars are valid for 12 months from time of issue and are redeemable against the cost of your next order. LEP Dollars are not transferable
or redeemable for cash and can be used only once. No credit will be issued if LEP Dollars are redeemed against an order of a lesser value.
