Chris has 40 year’s experience in the private sector in customer relations and business development. Prior to joining LEP, Chris owned his own business for many years which enables him to have a good understanding of customer’s needs. Now, as part of LEP’s team, Chris works primarily with our Customer Rewards Program ensuring LEP meets customer’s expectations.




Colin Rawlings

General Manager

With a background in print that spans over 35 years, Colin has extensive knowledge in all facets of the print industry. Colin has built a strong reputation based on the quality of his expertise which has led him to become LEP’s General Manager. He is a passionate and dedicated manager with out-of-the-box critical thinking, challenging the traditional ‘one size fits all’ approach.




John Bromfield

John is LEP’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He’s the expert in the trade with a strong customer focus and demonstrates real passion and commitment to industry best practice. With over 30 years of business experience across a range of sectors, including general management roles, he understands what it takes to lead an efficient and successful team.



Warren Bee



After ten years in the accounting profession, Warren moved into commerce and a career with a focus on change management, mergers and acquisitions and growth. Industry exposure has been broad with involvement at CFO and CEO levels spanning many industries in large private, public and private equity ownership enterprises. Warren is currently a director of ASX listed Motor Cycle Holdings Limited and chairs the LEP Board.



Mark Gregory


B.Bus, CPA

With a Bachelor of Business Degree and as a qualified CPA, Mark has operated across a diverse range of industry sectors, serving in senior executive roles, consulting in board capacities. Mark’s principal focus is to maximize organizational performance and value. A key feature of Mark’s achievements has been aligning the internal capital of an organisation with the objectives of its customers – so that both parties benefit through long-term partnering relationships.
