John is LEP's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. John has over 25 years business experience across a range of industry sectors.
John has held a number of General Management roles operating in the manufacturing sector and brings to LEP a strong customer focus supported by industry best practice.
General Manager - Rob Walters
With 30 years experience in the printing industry Rob is responsible for the overall day to day operations of LEP Colour Printers.
Initially completing a trade certificate as a Compositor he then spent a number of years working in newspapers and publishing houses in production and management positions.
Rob then went on to become involved in the Apple Mac desktop publishing revolution. As the technology continued to evolve he gained a thorough understanding of digital film imagesetters through to the current chemical free digital CTP systems we have in operation today.
After spending a number of years in charge of a digital prepress area and in other senior management positions, he took up his current position at LEP Colour Printers in early 2005.
Financial Controller - Pat Bredhauer
Patt commenced his career in professional practice as an accountant at a large firm in Brisbane nearly 20 years ago, before moving into the world of commerce as a Financial Controller. Pat has extensive business management knowledge with expertise as a facilitator in accounting and business practices, and experience across a diverse range of industries.
Pat brings to LEP a wealth of Financial and Management experience, including the day-to-day contact with customers, suppliers, teams of staff, financiers and government bodies.
Marketing Manager - Debbi Gooding
Debbi brings to LEP a wealth of marketing and management experience spanning over 18 years in a diverse range of industry sectors including blue chip international service providers and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Specialising in brand management and product development, Debbi has a strong focus on Customer Service. Her passion is getting to know you (our customer) and understanding how we can enhance your business through our product and service offer.
