With over 25 years business experience across a range of industry sectors, John understands what it takes to lead an efficient and successful team. John has held a number of General Management roles operating in the manufacturing sector and has a strong customer focus supported by industry best practice.

General Manager - Rob Walters.

With 30 years experience in the printing industry, Rob is responsible for the overall day to day operations of LEP Colour Printers. A compositor by trade, Rob has spent a number of years working in newspapers and publishing houses in production and management positions. His life has been spent in the printing industry and his knowledge and expertise is felt through every layer of LEP Colour Printers operation.

Financial Controller - Pat Bredhauer.

Pat commenced his career as an accountant at a large firm in Brisbane over 20 years ago, before moving into the world of commerce as a Financial Controller. With extensive business management knowledge and expertise as a facilitator in accounting and business practices, Pat has experience across a diverse range of industries.
